PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: - The TIMES UNION continues to make a concerted effort to keep the cost of subscriptions at a minimum for our readers. When a price change or frequency of delivery changes, each subscriber's period will be adjusted based on the balance left on each subscriber's account.
To prevent a disruption in service, renewal subscription payments must be received by the Times Union by due date as indicated for renewal statements.
EZ-PAY OFFER - Subscriptions paid by credit card will automatically renew unless cancelled and the credit card will be charged the renewal rate then in effect. You may cancel anytime by calling 518- 454-5454. Introductory offers must be paid within 30 days of your first statement or the offer will not be valid.
FORMER SUBSCRIBERS - Payment received will be applied to any outstanding balances owed prior to the restart of subscriptions. Outstanding balances on automatic payment plans will be added to the first payment of restarted subscriptions.
THANKSGIVING DAY - The Thanksgiving Home delivery edition will be charged at the current Sunday retail rate which will be reflected in your invoice.
TV WEEKLY - TV Weekly is not published by the Times Union, and a separate subscription fee is required. For more information or to subscribe to TV Weekly,
Special offers - available only to new subscribers. Must not have been a subscriber for the last 60 days. Offer good only in areas with Home Delivery. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
Credit Card decline fee: A fee of $10.00 may be charged to the subscriber’s account for any declined credit/debit card transaction. We reserve the right to request future payments by check or money order.
Refunds: Due to processing fees, no refunds will be given for balances of $5.00 and under. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for a refund to be processed.
Please note - that any dispute of charges must be brought to our attention in writing within 60 days of the concern. The Times Union reserves the right at its election not to refund any charges that are more than 60 days old. Requests for credit due to service-related issues must be made within 30 business days of the incident.
